every record is retrieved directly from the corresponding governmental
agency or DMV. Each state accesses a different charge for their
records. Softech on top of that charges a processing fee for
retrieving the record from the state. We are not affiliated with any other site or service, nor do we provide free information of any sort. In order for you or your company to order driving records from our site, you must have filled out a contract with Softech International, have been approved, and issued an account number. If you were directed to this site from another site claiming that our service is unlimited and free, please contact the directing site's administrator for an adjustment. Or, contact your credit card company for proper credit. Please do not e-mail or call us regarding this problem, as there is nothing we can do to help you. |
